By the Presidential Decree dated December 12, 2023, according to the Temporary Article added to the Presidential Decree on the Determination of Contribution Fees and Tuition Fees to be Charged as Student Contributions for the Current Service Costs in Higher Education Institutions for the 2023-2024 Academic Year;

Temporary Article-4: In the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year, the tuition fees of thesis-based master's and doctoral students residing in the city of Gaza, Palestine, either themselves or with their families, and attending formal education programs at any State higher education institution will be covered by the State, in accordance with the provision that no tuition fees will be charged.

Students who wish to benefit from the relevant legal provision in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year are required to apply to the Directorate of Student Affairs with their residence certificate.
