A training program was organized as part of a cooperation protocol signed between the Center for Continuing Education, Application, and Research (AHİSEM) and the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Civil Society Relations. The training sessions held at AHİSEM from May 20 to 22, 2026 and were provided to members of civil society organizations active in Kırşehir and to students.

The training was conducted over three days for a total of 12 hours. On the first day of the training, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS) member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Güreşçi presented “History, Definition, Scope, Legislation, and Future Vision,” while Assoc. Prof. Dr. Levent Taş from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences presented on “The Social Structure of NGOs.” On the second day of the training, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Emine Şener informed participants on “NGOs and Human Resources Management,” while Faculty of Education faculty member Dr. Aykut Bulut covered “Artificial Intelligence Applications for Social Benefit.” On the final day of the productive training, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Okan Kuzu from the Faculty of Education delivered a session on “Celiac Association Activities as NGO Practices,” and Dr. Oktay Aktürk from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences presented on “Ahilik and NGOs,” thereby concluding the program.

At the conclusion of the training, which lasted a total of 12 hours with each instructor delivering two-hour sessions over the course of three days, participants were awarded their certificates. The training held under the protocol not only secured the support of the target audience and the public but also led to a consensus on repeating such training sessions in the future.
