A cooperation protocol titled “The Hamilik Education Program in Anatolia” was signed between Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and the Hamilik School Foundation. The signing ceremony, held on May 7, 2026 at the Rector’s Office and was attended by the Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hamilik School Foundation Dr. Barbaros Ceylan, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, and members of the Hamilik School Foundation.

Under the signed protocol, the Hamilik Education Program in Anatolia will be implemented under the Social Contribution Coordination Office. The program is scheduled to begin in the fall semester of the 2026–2027 academic year and will be conducted over four semesters and a two-year practical training period. It was decided that the program would initially target first- and second-year students and be evaluated as a social transcript/social transcription component in a manner deemed appropriate by the university. Furthermore, the protocol aims to help students complement their theoretical knowledge with practical skills, develop an education and mentoring model consistent with the Ahilik and Ahi Evran legacy, strengthen students’ career orientations, and establish a foundation for sustainable cooperation among the parties.

Commenting on the cooperation protocol signed with the Hamilik School Foundation, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil stated that as Kırşehir Ahi Evran University they aim to equip students not only with technical knowledge and academic expertise, but also to cultivate them through an approach that centers on professional ethics by enriching their knowledge with wisdom. Expressing his hope that the protocol would be beneficial for our university, Rector Karahocagil noted that they are always open to such collaborations.
