Ramadan activities continue with great excitement at the Ahi Evran Diyanet Youth Center on campus. The “I Make the Best Raw Meatballs” competition, organized as part of these activities, was held with the enthusiastic participation of students. The event, held on February 25, 2026, was attended by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Secretary General Dr. Hüseyin İlter, Dean of the Faculty of Theology Prof. Dr. Mehmet Murat Karakaya, and Kırşehir Provincial Director of Civil Society Relations Hikmet Kılıç as tasters.

During the event, five contestants kneaded raw meatballs using the ingredients provided to them and prepared them for serving within 45 minutes. The carefully prepared raw meatballs were evaluated by the jury members. The event, which attracted great interest from students, also featured various refreshments provided by the Health, Culture, and Sports Directorate. Accompanied by Sufi music and hymns, the program provided young people with an enjoyable Ramadan evening. At the end of the event, the students expressed their gratitude to the university administration and those who contributed to the preparation of the program.
