A Cooperation Protocol for the Diyanet Youth Center was signed between Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Religious Affairs. The signing ceremony, held at the rector's office on February 4, 2026, was attended by Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, Kırşehir Provincial Mufti Mustafa Tekin, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, and Secretary General Dr. Hüseyin İlter.

The protocol signed between the two institutions aims to convey national, spiritual, moral, human, and cultural values to our university students studying in our province, to develop the physical and mental health of young people through social and cultural activities in line with the spirit of the Diyanet Youth Center, and to contribute to the development of our higher education students in the aforementioned areas through joint educational projects to be developed.

In his assessment of the agreement, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil stated that he believes the protocol signed to establish a Diyanet Youth Center at our university will contribute to both the academic success and social life of our students. Expressing his satisfaction with the collaboration with the Kırşehir Provincial Directorate of Religious Affairs, Rector Karahocagil wished the Diyanet Youth Center well for our students, our university, and our province.
