Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil inspected the physical work carried out at the university. During the Central Campus inspection on December 1, 2025, Rector Karahocagil was accompanied by Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek, and Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Secretary General Dr. Hüseyin İlter, Coordinator of Institutional Communication Dr. Vahit Özdemir, Head of Technical Affairs Hakan Seyfi, and staff.

Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil and his team visited the Student Square, Biological Lake, Student Walkways, Bicycle Path, landscaping works, the Diyanet Youth Center located in the University Mosque, and the National Technology Workshop at the University Central Campus. They inspected the works on site and received information from the staff of the Technical Directorate of Construction Works. Explaining that these works will physically develop Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Rector Karahocagil said that these works will contribute to the development of young people studying at our university and will also create new relaxation areas for students. Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil said that the Student Square will be one of the socialization areas for students and will add color to our campus, noting that the Biological Lake also demonstrates our university's environmentally conscious approach.

Highlighting that the Student Walkways and Bicycle Path will not only give our Central Campus a more modern look, but will also make it a center of attraction for our students and increase their opportunities for sports and exercise, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil added that all these physical and landscaping works will contribute to the physical and mental health of both our students and staff.

Afterwards, Rector Karahocagil and his team visited the Diyanet Youth Center built at the university mosque. Explaining that the Diyanet Youth Center will support students' spiritual, cultural, and athletic development, Rector Karahocagil added that the establishment of the youth center at our university is meaningful for our students.

Stating that a National Technology Workshop has been established in the Technology Transfer Office building of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University under the protocol signed with the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) in line with the National Technology Initiative targets, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil said that stated that this workshop will enable our students to put their theoretical knowledge into practice and develop themselves by working in the fields of robotic coding and advanced technology. He continued his speech by saying that Kırşehir Ahi Evran University is not only an educational institution but also a modern and livable campus where science, culture, art, and sports come together: "All completed and ongoing projects are major steps taken to improve the quality of life of our students, academic and administrative staff. We will continue to support any project or initiative that contributes to the development of our youth."
