In line with Kırşehir Ahi Evran University’s Education Quality Assurance Policy, a training program was organized by the Distance Education Application and Research Center (UZEM) to enhance the digital competencies of academic staff and to help them gain experience in preparing digital educational content. The Digital Competence Training took place on October 17, 2025, at the Faculty of Education Conference Hall and was delivered by UZEM Director Dr. Fatma Keskinkılıç and Instructor Tuğçe Bölükbaş. During the training, academic staff received practical instruction on the effective use of digital tools, preparation of course content in digital environments, and the development of interactive learning materials.

The Digital Competence Training aimed to enable academic staff to integrate digital technologies into their teaching processes, thereby making their course content more qualified, accessible, and interactive. Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and the Distance Education Application and Research Center are determined to continue organizing such training activities to strengthen the digital skills of academic staff and to create a high-quality and innovative teaching and learning environment.
