IQMS is a comprehensive management tool that also has the potential to serve as a model for public institutions and the private sector.

Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil made the following statement regarding the universities receiving training: “Quality is no longer merely an obligation for higher education institutions, but a matter of culture and transformation. The IQMS, which we developed inspired by the values of Ahi-Order, is a structure that instills institutional self-confidence through the principles of ethics, transparency, and collaborative production. Our goal is to build strong and sustainable universities not through documents, but through internalized practices.”
