KAEU Continues Its Quality Improvement Efforts with Determination

Kırşehir Ahi Evran University has added another achievement to its quality management initiatives by successfully completing a significant training program. In this context, on June 24, 2025, a certificate presentation ceremony was held at the Ahi Evran Congress and Culture Center foyer for the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Basic Training and ISO 19011 Integrated Internal Auditor Training. The ceremony was attended by Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, Vice Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek, Secretary-General Dr. Hüseyin İlter, along with academic and administrative staff.

Speaking at the opening of the ceremony, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek emphasized the successful efforts carried out by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University within the framework of quality management systems. He noted that significant steps have been taken toward becoming a model institution in line with ISO standards, the EFQM Model, and the Higher Education Quality Council of Türkiye (THEQC) criteria. He concluded his remarks by stating that the awarding of certificates to the personnel who completed the training marked the crowning of this process.

Continuing the ceremony, Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil said: "Today, we are delighted to celebrate a shared success. Kırşehir Ahi Evran University is moving forward with the vision of becoming an exemplary institution not only in the academic field but also in quality management systems that strengthen our institutional structure. This achievement is a concrete reflection of our university’s commitment to the principle of sustainability and our approach to quality.
