The First and Emergency Aid Program of the Vocational School of Health Services at KAEU achieved first and second place at the Cappadocia Ambulance Rally, held on May 31, 2025, and hosted by Nevşehir Cappadocia University. The rally brought together universities from across the country in the field of Emergency Health Services, and KAEU students from the First and Emergency Aid Program demonstrated remarkable success.
KAEU students, with two teams, competed in five stages of the rally: Triage, Advanced Life Support, Patient Transport Techniques, Trauma, and Knowledge. They received high praise from the jury for their professional competence, teamwork, and rapid intervention skills demonstrated in scenario-based practice stations. In this context, KAEU students achieved the following results: Trauma Stage: 2nd and 3rd place; Patient Transport Techniques: 1st and 3rd place; Knowledge Stage: 1st place; Triage Stage: 2nd place; Advanced Life Support Stage: 3rd place. They earned a total of 7 medals. With 1st and 2nd place in the overall ranking, they brought home two trophies and were crowned champions.
