Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Afghanistan Qari Hamidullah Temkin and Health Attaché Specialist M.D. Fazlullah Seerat visited Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, on May 20, 2025. During the meeting, held at the Rector’s office, ideas were mutually exchanged on various topics, including culture, education, health, and the economy. Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Musa Özata and Secretary General Asst. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin İlter accompanied Rector Karahocagil during the visit.

Cultural Attaché of the Embassy of Afghanistan, Qari Hamidullah Temkin, expressed his appreciation for Kırşehir Ahi Evran University’s achievements in internationalization and cultural activities. He emphasized that the ongoing cooperation between the two countries is a source of satisfaction. Temkin noted that visiting the university provided an opportunity to observe its work firsthand. He also remarked that Afghan students studying at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University is a positive and encouraging development for both countries.

Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized that in addition to its academic and scientific achievements, the university also leads significant projects contributing to societal welfare and national development. He stated that the university is actively engaged in bilateral collaborations with many countries as part of its internationalization efforts and highlighted the strong ties with Afghanistan in this regard. Expressing his pleasure over the visit, Rector Karahocagil extended his thanks to Cultural Attaché Qari Hamidullah Temkin, Health Attaché Specialist M.D. Fazlullah Seerat, and their delegation.
