The 4th University Promotion Fair and R&D Project Market, organized annually with the participation of 18 member universities of the Association of Anatolian Universities (AÜB), was held this year in Kayseri. The event took place on May 16, 2025, hosted by Erciyes University at the Erciyes Cultural Center. The fair saw the participation of numerous academicians and students, including Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, as well as rectors and representatives from AÜB member universities. Kırşehir Ahi Evran University academic staff and students actively participated in the 4th R&D Project Market, which contributes significantly to the professional development of students, with their projects. 
The 4th R&D Project Market, held in Kayseri with a high turnout, received a total of 493 project applications, of which 319 were accepted for poster presentation. Speaking on the occasion, Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized that universities are not merely educational institutions, but also key contributors to the development of their cities and regions through the innovative projects they generate. Highlighting that university-industry collaborations have now become a necessity rather than a preference, Rector Karahocagil noted that the Association of Anatolian Universities (AÜB) contributes to strengthening these collaborations in Türkiye through such events. He also pointed out that participation in these activities is crucial for the development of students and academic staff, and added: “We will continue to support every project that contributes to the development of our youth.”
Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil and accompanying protocol members visited the booths of various universities participating in the University Promotion Fair and 4th R&D Project Market, and received information about the projects on display. The booths representing Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, where the university's projects were exhibited and promotional activities took place, attracted significant interest from visitors throughout the event.
