Within the scope of the University Student Communities Cooperation and Support Program (UNIDES) conducted by the General Directorate of Youth Services of the Ministry of Youth and Sports, the results of the third-term applications for the 2024-2025 academic year have been announced. 1,945 projects from 81 provinces applied between February 3-27, 2025. Among these projects, 1,307 were selected for support, including 426 national and 881 local projects, receiving a total funding of 81,470,632 TL.

The projects supported within the scope of ÜNİDES will contribute to the development of young people in various fields, including science and technology, fine arts, sports and healthy living, personal and social development, international studies, capacity building, professional development activities, cooperation programs, accessibility, and agricultural technologies. While five student clubs from KAEU had their projects accepted in the second term, sixteen student societies got funding in the third term.

Evaluating the topic, Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil stated that KAEU supports students in engaging in activities that improve both themselves and society in fields such as science, culture, social life, economy, science and technology, sports, and healthy living, personal and social development, and international relations. Emphasizing that, in addition to being administrators, they act as guides who always stand by their students, Rector Karahocagil congratulated all student clubs that achieved success within the scope of ÜNİDES and wished them success in their future endeavors.
