Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil and his delegate visited Elçin Zeynalov, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and his team within the scope of the official Azerbaijan trip. During the visit held on February 17, 2025, the agricultural works carried out by both institutes were discussed.  

Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Elçin Zeynalov, stated that the friendly and brotherly relations between Azerbaijan and Turkiye have been successfully developing in the agricultural sector, as in all other fields. He also highlighted the increasing cooperation between the higher education institutions of both countries in recent years. Emphasizing their ongoing efforts to expand collaboration in various areas such as personnel training, scientific research, and academic staff and student exchanges, Deputy Minister Zeynalov expressed his great satisfaction in meeting with Kırşehir Ahi Evran University.

Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil expressed his satisfaction in holding consultations with Azerbaijan's Deputy Minister of Agriculture Elçin Zeynalov and his team regarding agriculture. He provided detailed information about Kırşehir Ahi Evran University's technical infrastructure, educational activities, scientific studies, and projects.

During the visit, discussions were also held regarding potential cooperation opportunities between Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and Azerbaijan State Agricultural University, with proposals put forward for the implementation of joint projects.
