Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil paid a visit to congratulate KAEU Faculty of Medicine for its accreditation. Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, Vice-Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Secretary-General Dr. Prof. Dr. Hüseyin İlter, academicians and administrative staff attended the visit took place on December 26, 2024, at the meeting hall of the Faculty of Medicine.
The Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil congratulated the Faculty of Medicine on its success and expressed his happiness that the faculty has received its accreditation certificate following a successful process. Highlighting the significant efforts behind the accreditation of KAEU Faculty of Medicine, Rector Karahocagil emphasized that the accreditation certificate does not mark the end of the process but rather the beginning of new goals. Stating that new tasks and projects await both the university and the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil continued his speech: “New achievements will pave the way for further success. KAEU Faculty of Medicine started the accreditation process well, and we believe that what starts well will continue well.” Rector Karahocagil underscored the importance of fully implementing institutionalization and added that they aim to work even harder in the future to achieve their desired goals successfully. He also congratulated the staff of the Faculty of Medicine for their tremendous effort and dedication in obtaining the accreditation certificate and wished them success in their future endeavors.
Following Rector Karahocagil, Vice Rector and Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, provided a brief overview of the accreditation process. Güneş stated that the greatest contribution to the success of the process belonged to the Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, while also noting that the staff of the Faculty of Medicine had made every effort as well. Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş emphasized that obtaining the accreditation certificate was not the end of their efforts but rather signal for their continuation with increased dedication. He expressed gratitude to Rector Karahocagil for his support throughout the process.
The meeting continued with a warm and friendly conversation between the Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil and the staff of the Faculty of Medicine.
