KAEU Vocational School of Health Services held a Gaza and Children Charity Bake Sale on December 11, 2024, at the School of Foreign Languages student entrance. The event was attended by Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, along with academic and administrative staff, and students.
The proceeds from the charity sale, organized by the Vocational School of Health Services, will be donated to support Gaza and children in need within our region. Speaking about the event, Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized the importance of raising awareness and not remaining silent about the genocide happening in Gaza in plain view of the world. He noted that many students actively participated in the bake sale. Highlighting the university’s commitment to such initiatives, Prof. Dr. Karahocagil stated that supporting those in need is a core value of our national culture. He reaffirmed the university’s ongoing support for similar events that promote solidarity and compassion.
