The 7th of the "Student Clubs Meeting Festival," organized by KAEU Health, Culture, and Sports Department, commenced on October 15, 2024, at the Ahi Evran Congress and Culture Center Amphitheater. The festival was largely participated, including the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş, Secretary General Dr. Hüseyin İlter, Kırşehir Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Numan Nafiz Şahin, Head of the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports (SKS) Erkan Kuloğlu, Social Contribution Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Maruf, Kırşehir Provincial Director of Civil Society Relations Hikmet Kılıç, as well as deans, directors, academic and administrative staff, and students.
The 7th Student Clubs Meeting Festival began with opening speeches. At the opening, Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Numan Nafiz Şahin, Head of the Directorate of Health, Culture and Sports (SKS) Erkan Kuloğlu, Social Contribution Coordinator Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Maruf, and Kırşehir Provincial Director of Youth and Sports Numan Nafiz Şahin delivered their speeches. Following this, Rector of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized his belief that the social activities of the university's student communities would contribute to the social and cultural development of the students, stating, "As Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, we will always support such events." The Student Clubs Meeting Festival Festival, which will last for two days, attracted significant interest from students.
On the first day of the program, where students had a fun time, the booths of student communities, partner institutions, and NGOs were visited. After the booth visits, the program continued with a folk dance performance by the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports, a Turkish folk music concert by Doğukan Duran and his team, and a concert by Ali Türk and his team. The 7th Student Clubs Meeting Festival will conclude on the second day with various activities.
