The "Train the Trainer Course on the Akhism Culture and Entrepreneurship" organized in collaboration with Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, began under the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education. The course will be held from August 19 to 23, 2024, with the participation of administrators and teachers from 81 provinces. As part of the "Young Entrepreneur Ahis" Project, conducted by the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, the course aims to train teachers and students about the historical and cultural significance of the Akhism tradition and modern entrepreneurial skills, as well as to emphasize that the Akhism tradition is a widely recognized quality assurance system in society.
Within the framework of the "Young Entrepreneur Ahis" Project, carried out under the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, the "Train the Trainer Course on the Akhism Culture and Entrepreneurship" has been offered to teachers. The course aims to help teachers and students understand the importance of the Akhism tradition in a historical and cultural context and to develop modern entrepreneurial skills. Additionally, it emphasizes that the Akhism tradition is a quality assurance system society recognizes.
The administrators and teachers who receive training will organize "Akhism Culture and Entrepreneurship Training Seminars" as part of their professional development programs for workshop and laboratory teachers in schools and institutions under the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, raising awareness of Akhism culture and entrepreneurship.
The training, which will be conducted online by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University faculty members, will cover the introduction of Akhism culture, the characteristics of the concepts of futuwwa and Akhism, the historical development of the Akhism tradition, its position in Anatolia, and modern entrepreneurship principles and practices. The training will also address the importance and impact of ethical values in the business world in the context of Akhism and entrepreneurship, sharing practical applications for effectively using this knowledge in all areas of life.
The "Train the Trainer Course on the Akhism Culture and Entrepreneurship," aims to strengthen national and moral values and to ensure that graduates with the qualities of futuwwa actively participate in the business world.
