Kırşehir Ahi Evran University has registered its success. KAEU, known for its quality efforts in the Turkish Higher Education ecosystem, has achieved another success. Kırşehir Ahi Evran University has been honored with a Special Award in the scope of the Inspirational Public Administration Project Awards organized by the Turkish Quality Association (KALDER) Ankara Branch. KAEU Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) applied for the award process in 2023. Following the preparation process led by KAEU Quality Management Coordination, a project was developed, and according to the results announced on April 28, 2024, the IQMS was granted the Special Award at the Inspirational Public Administration Project Awards. The Special Award was received by Vice-Rector of KAEU and Quality Management Coordinator Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek at the award ceremony. Additionally, Coordinator Assistants Prof. Dr. Gülbahar Üçler and Ekrem Öztürk also attended the award ceremony.

Developed uniquely by Kırşehir Ahi Evran University in 2018, the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) was officially registered as a trademark by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office. Upon an invitation from the Asian Productivity Organization, it was introduced to international organizations in Korea. The IQMS, developed by the Software Development Office within our university, is currently operational with version 1.5. The enhanced IQMS 2.0 version, incorporating Artificial Intelligence integration, is expected to be implemented by the end of this year. Aimed at use in quality management systems by higher education institutions and public agencies, the IQMS has been actively used in six universities and institutions such as the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM). With extensive promotion to numerous universities, its adoption by more institutions is anticipated soon.

The award received by KAEU, combined with the award given to the Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) at the Productivity Awards organized by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in 2022, has further enhanced the prestige of our university.
