Assoc. Prof. Dr. KAEU Hakan Bozdoğan, a faculty member at the Vocational School of Technical Sciences, achieved great success in Biology according to the  2023 Higher Education Information System (YÖKSİS) parameters. Out of 2533 studies in the field of biology, Bozdoğan ranked number four.

KAEU considers the prominence, indexing, and citation of academic publications among the fundamental missions of higher education. The success achieved by Assoc. Prof. Hakan Bozdoğan in this regard is deemed significant, and Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil emphasized the value of contributions to the field through scientific research. Karahocagil congratulated Bozdoğan, stating that the parameters of YÖKSİS (Higher Education Information Management System) indicated a valuable achievement.
