"Short Film Competition on Art and Aesthetics in Akhism" which was offered by the Ahi Community Culture Research and Application Center is being held at KAEU. The deadline for applying to the competition, which will be held in cooperation with Kırşehir Ahi Evran University and under the coordination of the General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education of the Ministry of National Education, to support the contribution of the concepts of art and aesthetics to personal and social development in the understanding of Ahiism, has been determined as 15 March 2024.
The conditions for the short film competition, where the final awards program will be held at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, can be obtained from Provincial and District National Education Directorates. With this organized competition, the aim is to internalize the Ahi ethics in line with the general objectives and basic principles of Turkish National Education and to promote the art and aesthetic elements in the Ahi understanding, thus fostering the understanding of Ahi among teachers and students. Emphasizing their desire to ensure the understanding of Ahi in different and contemporary platforms, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil stated that young people will serve as ambassadors in internalizing and promoting Ahi through their short film projects. Wishing success to the teachers and students who will contribute to the competition, Rector Karahocagil expressed his belief that this unique organization will contribute to the national and international promotion of Ahi.
