Kırşehir Ahi Evran University participated in the Central Anatolia Career Fair (ORAKAF'23), which was held with the theme 'Talent Everywhere' as part of regional career fairs coordinated by the Presidency of Human Resources Office. The fair, hosted by Erciyes University (ERU), is taking place on December 25-26, 2023. Organized in collaboration with a total of 20 universities in the region, including Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, the fair is being held at the Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone Fair and Congress Center.
An Organization Bringing Together Future Employees and Employers
Attending the opening of the ORAKAF'23 fair with Kayseri Governor Gökmen Çiçek, Kayseri Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Memduh Büyükkılıç, and other university rectors, Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, wished the fair success for our students and the business world, who will be the architects of the future. Karahocagil expressed that the fair provides students with the opportunity to discuss different ideas and learn about new job opportunities through one-on-one meetings, seminars, and workshops, emphasizing the value of the fair for exploring job and internship opportunities by meeting with companies. He also mentioned that they attach great importance to the Central Anatolia Regional Career Fair, and therefore, many KAEU students are participating in the organization with the transportation facilities provided by KAEU under the coordination of the Career Planning Application and Research Center.
More Than 150 Companies Support ORAKAF'23 Event
At ORAKAF'23, over 150 companies, institutions, and organizations from various sectors will come together with university students and graduates interested in career planning for two days. Students and graduates will have the opportunity to meet with representatives of leading companies in the business world, gaining valuable opportunities for their careers. The fair includes presentations and training programs on CV preparation, career planning, interview techniques, motivation, and more. Approximately 20,000 students will have the chance to interact with representatives of leading companies in the industry, exploring internship and job opportunities during the events.
Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Contributes Scientifically and Artistically to ORAKAF'23
Under the coordination of the Office of Press and Public Relations Counsellor of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, the university will explain its pilot projects, scientific studies, quality management practices, and various career opportunities for graduates at its booth. In addition, the KAEU Career Planning Application and Research Center brought together many KAEU students with the fair, contributing significantly to both the future graduates of Ahi Evran and the fair itself. Aiming to become a university known for education in its country and internationalization, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University will also contribute to the artistic activities of the fair. ORAKAF'23, which will continue with activities for 2 days, is open to the participation of all attendees free of charge.
