He stated that this effort, which started with the ISO process, continued with the 5-year full accreditation certificate obtained in 2022 within the scope of the THEQC Institutional Accreditation Program and finally reached its peak with the EFQM 5 Star award at the level of Competence in Superior Performance. Prof. Dr. Özata thanked all his colleagues who contributed to this process and emphasized that they would continue to achieve new successes.

In his speech, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek, the Vice Rector and Quality Management Coordinator, emphasized that quality was a continuous journey that required institutionalization. He expressed his appreciation to everyone who contributed to this success. He paid special attention to the teams of the Quality Management Coordinatorship and the leaders of the Criteria Groups, stating that their dedication and sacrifice had laid the foundation for the success.

At the end of the ceremony, certificates of appreciation were presented to the chairmen and members of the criteria teams who contributed to the EFQM process. The ceremony ended with the wish of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Şimşek to achieve greater success in the future with the slogan "Journey to Excellence in the Footsteps of Akhism".
