Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil visited Rector of Düzce University Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir and Düzce Governor Selçuk Aslan in his office on November 23, 2023.

During the visit, views were exchanged between the two universities on traditional and complementary medicine (GETAT), quality and EFQM studies within the scope of pilot projects. After the meeting, Rector Karahocagil presented Ahilik Symposium books and Kaman Walnut to Rector of Düzce University Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir. Expressing his satisfaction with the visit, Rector Sözbir congratulated our university, which was awarded 5 stars in the EFQM Model Superior Performance Competency Assessment. After the contacts at the university, the two Rectors visited Düzce Governor Selçuk Aslan. Governor Selçuk Aslan, who received information about the studies carried out at our university here, stated that he was also from Kırşehir and that he followed the studies of our university closely, wished him success in his future studies and thanked Rector Karahocagil for his visit.

After his contacts in Düzce, Rector Karahocagil went to Bartın and visited Rector of Bartın University Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun in his office. During the visit, a productive meeting was held regarding joint projects and R&D studies between the two universities. Rector of Bartın University Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun expressed his satisfaction with the visit and wished Rector Karahocagil success in his future work. After mutual goodwill wishes and gift presentation, Rector Karahocagil left Bartın.

Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil, who went to Karabük after his visit to Bartın, visited Rector of Karabük University Prof. Dr. Fatih Karışık. Rector Karahocagil congratulated Prof. Dr. Fatih Karışık, who was from Kırşehir and was appointed as the Rector of Karabük University as of August 1, 2023, and wished him success in his new position. During the meeting, where ideas were exchanged about the work of the two universities, both Rectors presented gifts with goodwill wishes in return. Vice Rectors of Karabük University Prof. Dr. Elif Çepni, Prof. Dr. İsmail Rakıp Karaş and General Secretary Lütfü Köm attended the meeting. Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Karışık expressed his satisfaction with the visit and wished Rector Karahocagil success in his future work.

Rector Karahocagil made a statement after the rush visit traffic, emphasizing that such collaborations were important for the information sharing and development of universities and stated that they would hold more such contacts from now on. Rector Karahocagil thanked Düzce Governor Selçuk Aslan, Rector of Düzce University Prof. Dr. Nedim Sözbir, Rector of Bartın University Prof. Dr. Orhan Uzun, Karabük University Rector Prof. Dr. Fatih Karışık for their hospitality during the visits.

Rector Karahocagil said that KAEU, which was awarded 5 stars in the EFQM Model Superior Performance Competency Evaluation, achieved a significant success, and stated that all rectors congratulated our university on the issue during the visits and wished us success in our future work. Stating that Kırşehir Ahi Evran University was a pioneer in quality, Rector Karahocagil emphasized that all university employees contributed to the success and expressed his gratitude to everyone who supported the EFQM process.
