A panel titled "The Israel Problem" was held at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University (KAEÜ). The panel, where the historical and current background of the oppression in Gaza was discussed, was moderated by Prof. Dr. Ahmet Doğan, Faculty Member of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and speakers from different universities participated in the panel: Prof. Dr. Kudret Bülbül from Ankara Medipol University, Assoc. Prof. Abdullah Aydın from Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University, and Assoc. Prof. Muhammed Maruf from the Kırşehir Ahi Evran University.

In his opening speech, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Doğan said that the first thing "Israel Problem" reminded was Palestine, which was the bleeding wound of humanity, where babies, children, young girls and women carried lead flowers on their chests.

“Destabilisation, Depopulation, De-Islamization”

In the panel, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Maruf, speaking about Zionism and the Greater Israel Plan, stated that Zionists were based on the belief in the superiority of the Jewish race. Maruf explained that this belief aimed to establish a Jewish state in the region from the Nile to the Euphrates, and he mentioned that Zionists aimed to demolish the Al-Aqsa Mosque and build the Temple of Solomon. Later, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdullah Aydın discussed the process of the establishment of the State of Israel, emphasizing that Israel approaches all issues with a theo-political and theo-strategic perspective, interpreting everything from a religious standpoint related to the Greater Israel. Aydın noted that Israel even established a ministry related to the Greater Israel. Prof. Dr. Kudret Bülbül from Ankara Medipol University commented on the place of Israel in the current world order. Addressing the mistake of portraying the problem as if it were solely the Palestinian issue, Bülbül expressed that the real issue was the "Israel Problem." Reminding that Israel was the culprit behind destabilization, dehumanization, and de-Islamization policies, Bülbül pointed out that it was possible to trace the roots of issues such as the PKK problem in our southern region, the Iraq-Syria Wars, and the Palestinian Issue back to Israel. In the final part of the panel, projections for solutions and necessary steps to be taken regarding the issue were discussed.

In the panel titled "The Israel Problem," later on, Rector Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil presented certificates of appreciation to the speakers for their contributions. The panel, attended by Vice Rectors Prof. Dr. Ali Güneş and Prof. Dr. Musa Özata, along with General Secretary Dr. Hüseyin İlter, was attended largely by students, academic staff, and administrative personnel.
