Acting with the aim of being the center of sustainable value creation models, Kırşehir Ahi Evran University started the "Self-Assessment" studies in order to adopt and implement the EFQM Model as a management model. The EFQM Model, which brings a modern perspective to education, will be discussed in depth at the meetings that started on December 19, 2022, and last for five days at the Congress Cultural Center.

At KAEU, which has made a name for itself with its quality studies, studies will be carried out regarding the determination of the strong areas and areas open to improvement (institutional evaluation) and a road map (institutional development plan) for the development of the areas open to improvement determined as a result of the current situation evaluation, thanks to the meetings at which the current management approaches will be evaluated within the framework of the EFQM Model.

Sixty-one people, including academic and administrative staff and student representatives, who are included according to the seven criteria of the Model, are the participants of the study.
