Rector Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya attended the 2022-2023 Judicial Year Opening Ceremony. The Governor of Kırşehir, as well as Rector Karakaya, attended the ceremony held in Kırşehir Courthouse on September 1, 2022. H. Mete Buhara, Members of Parliament Mustafa Kendirli and Dr. Metin Ilhan, Mayor Selahattin Ekicioğlu, Chief Public Prosecutor Soner Aygün, Bar Association President Atty. Onur Çanta, provincial directors, provincial administrators, judges, prosecutors, lawyers, administrative staff, and members of the press attended the ceremony.

The ceremony, which started with laying a wreath at the Atatürk Monument in the courthouse garden, continued with the opening speeches made in the Conference Hall regarding the meaning and importance of the day. The Opening Ceremony of the 2022-2023 Judicial Year ended with the reception given after the opening speeches.

Stating that the courthouses were the most important institutions that provided justice in our country, the Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya said that he was pleased to attend the Opening Ceremony of the 2022-2023 Judicial Year. Wishing the 2022-2023 Judicial Year to be beneficial for our country, Rector Karakaya wished success to the judges, prosecutors, lawyers, and courthouse personnel who were on duty for the establishment of justice.
