The fourth of the Sports Festivals organized by KAEU, with the support of the Faculty of Sports Sciences and the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, started with the Football Tournament. The festival was started by Vice-Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Gökbel and Secretary-General Mehmet Zeki Küçük on 12 May 2022 at Bab-ı Ahi Footbal Carpet Field of KAEU.

Vice-Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Ahmet Gökbel made a speech at the opening ceremony of the 4th Sports Festival and stated that they are happy to be organizing such activity with young people at KAEU and that they attach importance to sports and athletes. Expressing that sports competitions will be held in many fields, Gökbel wished success to all the young people who will compete in the festivities.
