Vice-Rector of Fırat University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yılmaz and Secretary-General Sinan Akpınar visited Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya. Secretary-General of KAEU Mehmet Zeki Küçük accompanied the visit, which took place at the rector's office on April 19, 2022.

Vice-Rector of Fırat University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yılmaz stated that Kırşehir Ahi Evran University stood out with its works and projects, and he said that KAEU had made significant contributions to the development of its region with the carried out projects and studies. After congratulating the Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya and his team for the Ahi Competence-Based Digital Education Project (AYDEP), the first national software developed and patented by KAEU, and other activities, Yılmaz wished Rector Karakaya and his team success in their studies.

Stating that AYDEP, the project of KAEU, could be used in all educational institutions, was a national project, Rector of KAEU Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya said that they would continue to produce projects that would benefit our country. Expressing his satisfaction with the visit, Rector Karakaya thanked Vice-Rector of Fırat University Prof. Dr. Mehmet Yılmaz and Secretary-General Sinan Akpınar.
