Faculty of Sport Sciences of KAEU successfully completed the Universities Sports League (UNILIG). The Taekwondo Championship was organized by the Turkish University Sports Federation (TÜSF) within the framework of the ÜNİLİG and Fetih Sporfest Events, which was included in the 2021-2022 academic year activity program. Athletes from 67 universities participated in the championship held in Hatay between 24 and 28 March 2022. 

Huri Korkut, a student of the Faculty of Sport Sciences of KAEU Department of Physical Education and Sports, came second in the women's category at 73 kg.

The Faculty of Sport Sciences of KAEU, which keeps winning new medals, participated in the Inter-University Karate Championship of Turkiye, which was organized by TÜSF within the framework of the ÜNİLİG and Fetih Sporfest Events. Athletes from 45 universities participated in the championship held in Balıkesir on 18-20 March 2022.

The Karate Team, which represented KAEU in the championship, was awarded the Fair Play Medal by the Championship Committee for their sportsmanlike conduct in the competitions.
