Rector of KAEU, Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya, visited to congratulate Prof. Dr. Harun Çiftçi, who was appointed as the rector of Çankırı Karatekin University while he was the head of the Biochemistry Department of Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Faculty of Medicine. During the visit to Çankırı Karatekin University Rectorate on November 5, 2021, the general situations of both universities were discussed.

Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya who stated that universities are the education centers where young people, who are the future, start their life, noted that he believes that universities should be active in the province and region with the young people they prepare for life. Rector Karakaya, who explained that Kırşehir Ahi Evran University is also active and produces projects in this sense, said that as a university, they are one of the universities in the Central Anatolia Region that directs our country's higher education.
