"At the University Administrative Board meeting dated 07.01.2026 and numbered 2026/01, the files of academic staff wishing to apply for the Academic Incentive Allowance under the 'presentation' category for 2025 academic activities were reviewed in accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 9 of the Academic Incentive Allowance Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated 07.01.2020 and numbered 31011; it was unanimously decided to accept the results as specified in the attached list.

In the online academic promotion application files that relevant teaching staff will submit to their departments/programs, they must select the conference name from the list and attach the list as supporting documentation to the application, along with the University Board of Directors' Decision.
