Our university has no affiliation with any third institution, organization or person which bears the names of academy, training center, graduate education, etc. and claims to have made an agreement with our university as an intermediary and charge a fee for it.
Those who send messages and e-mails on the subject stating that they have agreements with our University should be disregarded; the official web page and contact adresses should be used to get information about graduate programs with and without thesis.
