The number of our halls have increased as the Congress and Culture Center of our university is active now.  As the number of the halls have increased, the Activity Follow up System has also been updated. The Office of Press and Public Relations is responsible for the activities to be organized in these halls. You should be in contact with the responsible people of the unit if you are planning to use halls other then the halls in the Congress and Culture Center. The Activity Follow up System is about the date approval of the activities to be organized and hall allocation. If you have any other requests, you should give more information in written form and deliver it together with the approval form that you can get from the system.
